It melts and removes all my makeup including waterproof mascara that can be difficult to wipe off. I love that my skin is hydrated after use, but I do recommend rinsing off.
After rinsing there's no residue and your skin is bright and clean. I love the light scent and it's my new favorite way to remove all of my makeup.
